Our Data Center and Network Facilities
We have wholly Owned, Operated and Serviced our own
20,000 square foot Data and Support Center for the
last 20 years.
Our building used to be a check processing center
for one of the largest banks in California. When we
purchased the building in the early 1980s, much of
the power couplings and transformers used to power
large data machines were still in place. Thanks to
the previous owners, we have always had carrier
grade power and redundancy throughout our building.

Network
Our current network and datapipe provides 1
Gigabit of fiber-optic bandwith. Our dark fiber is
pre-planned to allow us to turn up from 1 to 10
gigabits of pure fiber speed with just one phone
call.
In addition, all our high-performance clustered
servers are connected via 1gigabit, NICs, routers
and switches. We only use 100mbit switches on our
dedicated servers and even those are being phased
out for 1gbit switches.
Our strategic plan calls for us to have 20
Gigabits of mult-tiered, multi-homed bandwith by
3rd Quarter 2008.
Support
We believe in providing the highest qualified
technicians to our valued customers. Our support
manager has 15+ years of experience in Information
Technology and Telecommunications. He has worked in
the corporate data structure for such Fortune 500
companies as IBM, Pacificare, Reynolds Aluminum. Our
support staff is here to support you and provide
fast, friendly service. You, our valued customer,
are our #1 priority.
Equipment:
99% of our equipment comes from companies you've
heard about all your life. Our networks are powered
by Cisco, HP Procurves and Linksys systems. Our
servers are either Compaq, HP or IBM. We typically
use Quad and Octal core servers but our absolute
minimum is Dual Core. We use only the highest
quality components available.
